Items can only be returned once approved by a Catering Parts team member after you follow the procedure below.
A 20 % restocking fee will apply to all items.
Return request must be within 14 days of purchase and returns must be received within 14 days of return request approval.
Returns must be new and in their original packaging, as we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened.
PCB's Boards are non returnable items.
Please notify Catering Parts within 14 days of receipt of your order of any discrepancies or damaged products. We'll then get the ball rolling on our fuss-free returns process for you.
The customer is responsible for any freight charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a return label.
Goods that are received damaged or faulty will be repaired (if applicable), replaced or refunded once assessed by a Catering Parts team member.
Once a return has been approved, refund will be processed within 14 days to customers original payment method.
